Ackee Dip

Ingredients
- 1-2 POUNDS ACKEE (BOILED/CANNED)
- 1/2 CUPS ONIONS (DICED)
- 1/4 CUP GARLIC
- 1/2 TBSP THYME
- 1-2 TBS SCOTCH BONNET PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP ESCALLION
- 1 TBSP CURRY POWDER
- 2-3 TBSP COCONUT OIL
- SALT AND PEPER
Instructions
- In a saute pan, heat oil over medium high heat, add the curry powder and start burn it, about 1 minute. Then add the onions and garlic, as well as some of the pepper ... then add the ackee, escallion and thyme and heat through. Season with salt and pepper.
