Ingredients
  1. 1 Sardine salad
  2. 1-2 Tin Sardines
  3. 1/2 of Sweet Pepper chopped finely
  4. 1 Small Carrot chopped finely
  5. 1 Small Onion chopped finely
  6. 1 Stalk Celery chopped finely
  7. 1 Small Tomato chopped finely
  8. 1 Teaspoon Lime Juice
  9. A dash of black pepper optional
Instructions
  1. mix all ingredient ‘s together and chill in the refrigerator .
  2. Serve cold on purity bread , yum yum!
